Innovation in Teaching and Application of AI Technology in Primary and Secondary Schools in Foshan City

Overview

In this seminar, the speaker will give a brief overview of the current situation of AI technology teaching in primary and secondary schools in Foshan City, and introduce the
AI Teaching Achievement Exhibition Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools in Foshan City, includinga brief introduction to the three AI activity projects and an evaluation dimensions and outcomes of the three activities.

Cases of AI technology teaching and application innovation practices in Foshan City will also be covered in this seminar, including the development of school-based AI courses and cases of AI interdisciplinary innovation. During the teaching process, the speaker’s team has encountered technical and resource bottlenecks and realised the needs for teachers’ professional development and training. Lastly, the speaker will emphasise the importance of AI and shed light on the future prospects of AI education.
