In this recent project, the speaker developed an integrated Student Information System combined with a School Admin System. This system encompasses Student Profile Management and Big Data analytics, including student profiles, SEN (Special Educational Needs), ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities), alumni data, and more. The AI-powered features of this system analyse students' learning data and holistic development data, providing insights into their abilities, strengths, and needs. The system also offers AI-suggested learning programmes tailored to individual students. Additionally, it assists teachers with administrative tasks through AI, significantly improving efficiency. This seminar will cover the development process, the integration of AI features, and the practical applications of this system in enhancing school knowledge management and student data analytics. Attendees will gain insights into how AI can revolutionise educational administration and personalised learning. 

The project has yielded several significant outcomes:
1. Enhanced analysis of student learning and development data through AI-powered tools;
2. Improved efficiency in administrative tasks for teachers, allowing more focus on student interaction;
3. Personalised learning and development programmes for students based on AI analysis of their profiles.

Deliverables include a comprehensive Student Information System, case studies demonstrating its effectiveness, and data showcasing improved student outcomes and administrative efficiency.
