Overview

This open lesson will demonstrate how to integrate artificial intelligence into teaching to enhance students' learning experience and outcomes. The lesson design includes two main themes: animal classification and ecological balance, aiming to cultivate students' scientific inquiry skills, critical thinking, and environmental awareness. By using different artificial intelligence platforms, students will apply animal characteristics to deepen their understanding of classification methods and simulate the impact of human activities on the food chain. At the same time, through group discussions, teachers will guide students to reflect on the relationship between humans and the environment, fostering their awareness of seeking balance between urban development and ecological conservation, and enhancing their sense of social responsibility. 

The speaker will demonstrate how to successfully integrate artificial intelligence technology into teaching and how to employ innovative instructional design and strategies to cultivate students' scientific inquiry skills, critical thinking, and environmental awareness, thereby enhancing their learning outcomes. The speaker will showcase his teaching achievements: how students can use machine learning to deepen their understanding of animal classification methods and utilise generative artificial intelligence to simulate the damage caused to the food chain by human activities on Earth. This open lesson will provide valuable experiences and insights for other educators.
