Overview

This seminar introduces an innovative intervention with technology focused on promoting students’ mental health and well-being through breathing techniques, brainwave training games, and healing music. It explores how these elements synergistically enhance cognitive function, reduce stress, and foster emotional balance using bio & neuro feedback. Drawing from research in neuroscience, psychology, and holistic wellness practices, this presentation highlights the interconnectedness of mind-body techniques in supporting mental health. 

The intervention has shown promising outcomes in improving concentration, memory and reducing anxiety. Participants have reported increased feelings of relaxation, improved mood, and better stress management capabilities as a result of engaging with the combined approach of breathing exercises, brainwave training games, and healing music.

Participants of this seminar will understand:
1. Effective breathing techniques for stress reduction and mental relaxation;
2. The benefits of brainwave training games in enhancing cognitive function, concentration and memory; and
3. The therapeutic impact of healing music on emotional well-being and mental health promotion
